Daily rates are per night based on single/double occupancy and are subject to change
without notice. All rates are quoted in USD and do not include 12.5% room tax.
All rates, packages and special offers are subject to availability; restrictions may

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Weekend reservations may require a two-night minimum stay.
Summer and holiday weekends may require a three- to five-night minimum stay.
Payment & Cancellations:
At the time of booking, a deposit will be processed consisting of the first night
room plus tax. Deposit is refundable with 48 hours advance notice (September through June)
and 72 hours advance notice (July and August). Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover Card or Diner’s Club. For Advance Purchase Promotional rates special
deposit and cancellation policies apply.
Arrival and Departure:
Your accommodations will be available at 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and yours
to enjoy until 12:00pm on your departure day.
